What kind of finish comes on the "prefinished" flooring
and accessories?
Prefinished flooring
and accessories are lacquered and fully finished for
the customer. The 5-coat finish system providing the
wear protection of aluminum oxide with 2 topcoats of
anti-scratch polyurethane for easy refinishing and convenient
to install.
2. How stable is your bamboo flooring?
Our products are approximately
2.5 times more stable than commonly used hardwood flooring,
which makes it won't expand and contract as much as
traditional hardwoods due to temperature change.
3. Besides flooring, what other bamboo products

As same as hardwood
flooring, we also supply diversified accessories and
panels with our flooring, such as: Stair tread, Stair
riser, Stair nosing, Base shoe, Clamshell, T-molding,

4. How does the "caramelized" product
differ from the "natural" colored product?
The caramelized color
of our products is derived from a steam treatment process
called "Carbonization" that heats the bamboo
and gives it a warm, tea-stained color throughout the
bamboo strips, while the natural color is the color
of the bamboo untreated.

5. What is the difference between "flat
grain" and "vertical grain"?
Our flat grain (also known as horizontal
grain) product is laid flat, and shows off the bamboo
nodes. Laying the bamboo slats on edge makes the vertical
